I just cringed right now when i saw your post as i just remembered someone from your office called me many weeks ago to do another follow up appointment with Dr. C and it totally slipped my mind until i saw your pretty face just now.
Are you guys still coming to Kauai???

In order to see all of our patients before the holidays, we will not be having the seminar and support group at the Oahu Veteran's Center this Saturday. The group will resume on January 10th, 2009.
