Hi guys...I am 12 days out form my surgery now and i just returned to wk today...i get to use my computer again!! Oh how i missed all of you guys...Anyways i have lost a total of 18 lbs since the surgery!! I feel good...surgery went well....i had really bad gas pains but walking helped a lot...also thank u to all of you who prayed for me!! Thanks so much and thank u Asia for everything and for updating eveyone! Alohas

Hi Missy. I am from Kaneohe and I know that you will love it here. Please call Castle Weightloss Center to see if you can attend our Monthly support group meetings. The number is 263-5050. We meet every first Monday. If not try and call Triplers Weightloss Center. Good luck.
