I went online yesterday to order from vitalady.com and the shipping came out to $10 also. So on top of the $40 for the samples(about 20) my total ended up to $50. I decided against it for now.
I did find at Vitamin World a Strawberry Kiwi flavored drink called 4EverFit Fruit Blast the Isolate. It has per scoop, 110 Cal, 0 Fat, 0 Sugar, 1 Carb and 25g of Protein. That tub costs me $32.97. Then I found another powder called Nu-Tek Pro 5. 160 Cal, 1 Fat, 2 Carbs, 1 Sugar and 32g of protein. This comes in 8 diff flavors but the man at the store gave me a sample of the cookies and cream. I'll try it next week when I start my Liver shrinking diet. We'll see how these taste and I'll let you all know.

The Vitalady was pretty fast -- maybe 6 days, but the shipping cost $10, and they were very worried that I wouldn't want it at that price and so wanted me to confirm by email. I did think the shipping was high, but went ahead with it, and after I got it was so glad I did since I wouldn't have had the chance to taste so many flavors and different types of brands without buying the big containers. It really helped me narrow the two flavors I wanted to spend money on to start!

Hey from Texas to everyone!! I arrived safely in Texas yesterday but suffered from a bit of a tummy ache upon landing. I think I had some bad milk on the plane. I worried a little bit about throwing up and causeing a band slip but I think I survived this round of the tummy trouble. Anyway I just wanted to share some wonderful victories for me. I have been terrified for the last 2 months that I would still not fit in the seat and that I would still need a seat belt extender. I made it into my seat with room to spare and I also had about 5 extra inches after I put on my seat belt so no extender for me!!!! I was so excited I cried. My mom was with me and she was beaming with pride that I was doing so well. The other victory for me was shopping for some clothes today I tried on a size 22 in a pair of pants and it was way too big so I tried on an 18 and it fit!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it. I just bought a size 22 pants last week so I have been shrinking quite a bit( I can probably blame some of it on not being able to eat yesterday). Anyway I hope everyone had a very merry Christmas!! Oh! Just remembered when you mentioned the Cookies 'n Cream.... I really didn't care for the GNC Cookies 'n Cream Protein Shake mix.... was yucky to me. We all have different tastes though, so just remember to keep your receipts!

I've heard about those samples from vitalady.com. How long did it take to come in? I think I'll put in an order today.
I was also thinking of getting a "creamier" (choc, strawberry, or cookies& cream) kind of powder and a clearer juice type powder. Hopefully to mix things up a little for variety.
I'm definitely going to look into the unflavored powder also at GNC.

I had a very quiet Christmas. The in-laws went to the Mainland to spend it with hubby's sister and her family. Our kids are stuck in Colorado and Massachusettes, so I miss them terribly. I hope we can all be together again for a Christmas... or for ANY thing. It's so hard getting everyone together once everyone has their own lives.
Nice not having to deal with drama, though! I got all my cards and packages out in time for once! I was really proud of myself! I think it's the new-found energy!
Well... time to check on our friends' kitty. I am kittysitting while they are away.
