I told them I was doing WLS and they told me "Not the Gastric Bypass!!" I am like ummm no the lab band. So everyone and their grandmother think I got the band. I only people that know the truth are my OH family.

I just made this chart and I thought I would share. I wouldn't even recognize me anymore. I didn't just change on the outside but my whole self esteem has changed. I am loving every moment. Thanks everyone for your support.

Dr. Fowler is awesome. He really cares for his patients and it really shows. His team is unbelieveable I am happy to call all of them my friends. Mary is fantastic and Cindy kicks my butt every Wednessday at SOS. The fees for Dr. Fowler was great and HMSA paid for the proceedure for me. I only had to pay 20% of the hospital stay and that is it. O ya and the $600 fee. To me I would do it all over.

i either order mine from www.bariatriceating.com or if it's just the basic caramel, vanilla or hazelnut sugar free flavors, you can purchase it from any starbucks store.

I ended up getting me a vanilla flavor shake too because just like you, I don't have to stick to only one flavor. I can dress it up. I tried the vanilla with chocolate syrup this morning but it wasn't very good. I made it with water. Maybe I'll try it with the soy milk.
