I had my follow up with my PCP and he was impressed with my labs...all my numbers went down..my glucose and HBA1c.......my glucose was 92 (never was tha low before) and my HBA1c went from 8.6 to 6.8....i am happy about that! Now if I could just get out of this weight stall, i would be even more happy!  Aloha

Sears at Pearlridge, Ala Moana, and or Windward mall.   I just wore a T-shirt and cotton capri pants.  For some reason I was hot.   Good luck on your search.   If not Just my size on line or Kohls online is where  I find some things.  Sara

I don't know if you like second hand stores but Savers has a ton of robes. I would go there. Plus you will spend tops $10.

Thank you!  I'll check there.  I'm sure the Ross stores are much bigger than our tiny store here in Kona.

Hi Nicole,

I found my robe at Ross in Pearl Ridge. They didn't have a huge selection but I found one that fit and was comfy.

Good luck,

Topic: RE: Got my CPAP machine
 Hi Viki,

Well, I used the machine last night and it actually is not too bad.  The pressure is much more tolerable when you're laying down and not talking (I was sitting up and talking at the medical supply store).

So I used it for a few hours and then turned it off so I could get some sleep...

The most bothersome is the mask actually, the longer you wear it the more you "feel" it on your face.  But I'm sure I'll get used to it.

My husband said the white noise of the machine was actually kind of nice too... drowns out the noises in the neighborhood.

Anyway, it looks like this I too will survive!

Gosh Nicole,
That sounds horrible! Sorry you have to go through that.  But like you said, hopefully it's not for much longer!!
Take Care!
