if anyone has any old clothes smaller than a size 28 and would like to donate them. please let me know. im gonna be needing some and the goodwill here pretty much sucks. i live in hilo on the big island and can make arrangements to pick up or mail to me. thanks!!!

my surgery went well. im doing great!! i lost 14 lbs in 6 days. whoo hoo!! you can tell in my face and hands. now i look like a turtle. smaller head and big body. lol.

FYI-
We will be in Kauai on 4/2 seeing new patient consultations and follow-up patients. The Oahu seminar and support group is 4/3 at 10am at the Oahu Veteran's Center in Honolulu. On 4/5, our Hilo seminar and support group will be at 6:30 at Uncle Billy's Hilo Bay Hotel.
