and it went fantastic! 
Dr. Murayama also agreed that I'm a perfect candidate for WLS, so another hurdle cleared. 
I talked to Val (CWMP Office Manager) and she said I should be able to have my surgery scheduled for 2nd week/middle of April. I just need to tweak my letter to insurance company and fax to her and Comprehensive Weight Management Program staff will fill out the rest of the paperwork and submit package to HMSA for me. From what they're saying, HMSA is pretty good on approving WLS so I should have no problem. Once I'm over this hurdle, I should be good to go for surgery.
