Hawaii Pa'ina (Party) Anybody?

So peeps...when is the next island pa'ina? There were alot of great suggestions on the Hawaii-OSSG board, but wasn't sure if everybody joined so I thought I'd post it here too. 1) BBQ at Ala Moana Beach Park 2) Bowling 3) BBQ at Kewalo Basin 4) Picnic at Ko'olina Lagoons 5) Picnic at Central Oahu Regional Park (in Waipio) Any other ideas? We're trying to keep it family oriented so everybody can come. No shame now!! Just throw your suggestions out here okay? Aloha, Kris

I think Ala Moana park is a good idea....but the parking is hard to find!!! Especially if it on a Sunday!! Unless we all get there really early!! DEE

Sure I would be interested as long as the gathering does not center around food. I am still liquids and shakes and being around people eating has been the most difficult part of all of this for me. The only option I saw not being food oriented was the bowling. I would like to throw out the suggestion of maybe a coffee or tea kind of gathering. Steffie

I would be up for swimming at the Ko'olina Lagoons--LOL, but I am still pre-op!!!!!!!! I'd also love to go bowling but I don't think I could find a babysitter.
