Most awesome WOW moment ..........

..........for me !!!! Well today i was super excited to step on the scale to see if i made my mini goal of the week, and to my surprise , i hit my goal(for the week). I am now proud to say that the 200 pound mark is gone !!! As of today my weight is 198. yes, isnt that crazy . im under 200 lbs, wow i dont even remember when i weighed under 200. This is sooo amazing !!! Im just sooo happy now and reaching this point just makes me work even harder towards my goal of 175 , watch out you last 23 lbs imma banish you forever, here i come. hehehehehe. Hi Robert!!!! Congratulations, wow you sure have come a long way in such a short time!!!! I'm glad to hear that everything is going fine for you!!! I know the last 23 pounds will come off very quickly!! I wander if guys lose faster than us gals? Could be something to do with your metabolism!! I know that my doctor told me that I was at a disadvantage because I was short, (I'm only 5 feet). He said that for some reason tall people have a higher metabolism and lose faster.
