ANOTHER WOW MOMENT!!!!! COWABUNGA!!!!!

HI EVERYONE!!!! I AM 10 MONTHS POST OP AND HAVE CURRENTLY LOST 107 POUNDS. I HAVE ANOTHER 29 POUNDS TO GOAL, UNLESS I DECIDE TO LOSE ANOTHER 5 MORE POUNDS. IN ANY EVENT, I AM JUST ECSTATIC!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT IN JANUARY, 2006 I WILL BE CELEBRATING MY ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY AFTER WLS. EVERYONE HAVE A BLESSED AND HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT. Yeah Pat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great job, I am so happy for you. Your posting was just the inspirational boost I needed. I have had an awful week with my eating. Grazing all day and as a result I have gained three pounds back. I already set my alarm and will be getting up at 5:30am tomorrow to hit the treadmill. I saw a special on tonight about obesity and WLS on Discovery Health. They said about 50% of people after WLS gain their weight back mostly due to grazing. Boy, that was the reality check I needed. Tomorrow, I am back on track. We are almost at our one year WLS birthday. I am so excited. What are you going to do to celebrate? I've decided to spend a day at the Grand Wailea Spa. I can't wait.
