Profile Sprucing

Does anyone here have the e-mail addresses for the people that do the profile sprucing. Also when they do the sprucing, will it then turn your profile into a journal style so that you can do "daily" entries? I have an appointment today and I wanted to do a progress update. Thanx Stephanie
