Ohana Insurance Coverage

Is anyone aware of a surgeon that accepts Ohana (medicaid)  insurance for bariatric surgery in Hawaii?  I am a physician and have a  patient who weighs >400 lbs and needs a referral for surgical evaluation, but she only has Ohana insurance coverage.

Also, does anyone know of a surgeon here in Hawaii who takes HealthNet (medicare)? so far i hear no one.  i have a client who desperately needs this surgery but no surgeon takes this insurance.
