2 months out
Hello everyone, well today makes 2 months since my RNY and its been a ride. I started on solid foods a couple of weeks ago. Mostly chicken. Its been a journey. Im down 60 pounds so far and its funny people are really starting to notice. Went out for a walk, jog, run trip the other day and felt good. No pain to the knees, legs, back and not out of breath I do need to start keeping up on my protien, and need to step up my weight training, i will. Have to go to a doctors physical for my job on tuesday that should go good, this is the less that i have weighed since i been at this job. But its been good, clothes dont fit the same but the belt comes in handy, plus i have clothes now that i fit in from when i lost weight in the past. Will up date soon, my goal is to get down to 230

congratulations on your journey.........................................you are doing great......where on the island do you live? I will be coming over in for the month of November......would love to meet up with you, I plan on going to the support group that meets in the beginning of the month there...hope to see you................(the new you..)
