Lost 1/2 a shoe size

I can't believe I can wear a 7.5 shoe now instead of an 8.  That is just incredible to me. 

I thought my feet got bigger after I had my girls but I think it's because I never lost the weight from both the pregancies until now.

I heard your feet might shrink after losing weight.  Congrats!  I'm still waiting for mine but at least I feel better in my huge size 10's!! 

Yep! Feet do shrink for a lot of us! hehehe Of course that means there is a need for new shoes to go with the new clothes! That's a win/win situation! heheh
