my gastric bypass RNY experience 7 months out with minor complication but?

My weight before surgery is 415lbs. I am currently 256lbs. I can't seem to pass 250lbs. Although I am still striving to get there.
Now, with my complication. I have been dehydrated and low on potassium my first two months out from surgery. After I started feeling some tingling/numbness from waiste on down. I was low on potassium, and probably B12. I have seen my surgeon who said it will pass, and sports medicine *****ferred me to neurologist. Neurologist did some testing and realize that everything was okay expect the response below my knee didn't seem normal.
Now, I can only feel the tingling/numbness below my knee area, but there are times I feel that its getting better. But if I step on a little pebble...it hurts my feet. Also, there are times I feel uncoordinated.
My hair is falling out, but its a good thing I have thick hair. I read some forum that it will eventually pass. I hope so....I'm getting to be paranoid.
I read about the fish jerkey. That sounds so good for some source of protein. I had to drink this nasty protein syrup from the surgeon. I took it twice and its still sitting on my shelf. That thing is too nasty but I need to start taking it I guess.
Hope everyone else is doing okay. Aloha and God bless.
