Cool app for iPhone users
If you have an iPhone, there is a free app called "Lose It". It's a wonderful, portable and easy to use way to track your food and fluid intake. The app will compute the nutritional value of everything you eat so you'll know if you are getting enough protein or too many carbs, for example. You can track your fluid intake and even exercise. If an item isn't listed in the program, you can enter it. Same with exercise.
It's not currently available on anything other than iPhone but hopefully will at some point.
