Hellloooo everyone!

 This board has been so quiet lately, I just had to post and tell everyone hi and that I miss all of you!

It's been a difficult three weeks.... plateaued at 222 since I arrived at my TOM... looking to up the exercise today and try and restrain myself from eating too much.  I get my first fill in 10 days and I CAN'T wait!!!!

hey nikki..yes no one has been onhere lately..nyway dotn worry about ur plateau.. i did the same thing at 2-3 wks....it will come off soon...good luck

HIgurl... sorry I still haven't gotten those clothes to you! I still have piles on the floor here in the computer room. I think I need to sort by size for effeciency. My weekends have been busy and in-laws are back from Australia.... always something! Sorry!!! I promise I'll get them to you!!!

 I agree with Makena... we're all drama free!!!  Yee haa!  I just missed seeing all you everyday.  

Makena yes, at the beginning there is no restriction with the band.  Dr. Fowler told me anything I'm loosing now is under my own power.  Feels good to be able to loose.  Hoping to get a little restriction on the 27th though so I don't have to suffer so much!

And YAY!  I broke the stall... down to 221 now!  Keep up the awesome work ladies! Hugs and Kisses!

Sorry I have not been posting but I have been so busy with work and my mom being here.   Don't worry about the stall we have all been there and after the fill you will have restricition again.  I started losing more after the fill.   Miss you all and I will try to better about posting and supporting.  Sara
