My Brother is at Queens Hospital /still in surgery!!

Hi All,

I had my surgery 3 years ago and all is great. My brother is currently in Queens Hospital and is still in surgery 7 hours later! I am in California and cannot get enough information other than his lap surgery turned to an Open surgery and there is a leak! I am asking for your prayers and good thoughts please!

I have not heard of his surgery Lapish(sp?) and I am really worried...Has anyone had this surgeon?

Thanks ALL! Brother is well. His surgery was risker because they found extreme scar tissue due to a old old bought with pancreatisis many years ago. So a three hour surgery took 8! Phew. He is going to be checked out of the hospital tomorrow and into a hotel nearby. Cannot fly home to Maui for a week yet.

Thanks for all your prayers and good thoughts. This is a wonderful place.

im glad he is doing well...me and makena are the only ones on this board from Maui but tell your brother to join us here on this board..we can support him too
