Aloha:  I'm really enjoying reading these posts. I'm at the stage of trying to figure out which doctor to go to, I have one friend that had Dr. C and one that had Dr. Fowler. Did HMSA cover most of your expenses w/Dr. C or did you have a big co-pay ($4000?)  Mahalo

Yes my out of pocket to Dr C was actually $4500.00.  I believe at one time it was $4000.00 but it has since gone up.  I think Dr. Fowler only requires $600.00 fee.  Don't quote me on that but it's close to that.
No matter who you chose it's a personal choice but either way, it's a wonderful thing!!!
Good Luck on your journey :)

I am going thru the queens program. As far as i know, our fee will be like 250 dollars...and thats just for the dietician because HMSA doesnt cover it. Then I recall them saying it would be 12 dollars each for the anesthesiologist and surgeon fee. But we have to pay 20% of all eligible charges for the hospital......as far as Dr. Fowlers (if this is the doctor at palimomil, im not to sure)....his fee is 1000 bucks....but it includes all dietician cost, an gym membership...and etc.
