New Year

Happy New Year to all of you.  I am so happy this is the first year in a long time that I will not wake up tomorrow and start my " diet "   I am now learning to live and eat healthy and this surgery has changed my life.   I am offically down 19 lbs since surgery and feel great.  Thanks to all of you for your wisdom and support and I wish you all a great new year.  Sara

Happy New Years to everyone!   Your words were encouraging to me, as I seem to be in the dreaded 3-week stall.  I have lost 15.5 pounds since surgery on Dec. 9th, and I'm really beating myself up because I have only lost .5 pounds all week.....but reading through others experience, I know my body has to catch up and if I'm doing all the right things, the scale will start to move again soon......

Anyway -- its the start to a great new year!

Don't beat yourself up.  I think mine is from walking my dogs.   I am sure they are ready for me to give them a rest.  It will come off and we are doing it the healthy way.  Keep up the good work.  Sara
