Dr. Fowler doing VSGs
Just to let everyone know Dr. Fowler has done 5 VSGs on his own this week. He did them before under a watchful eye of other surgeon but now he is certified to do them on his own. I think next week he has 2 VSGs. Dr. Fowler only does VSGs if the patient is over BMI 50.
Dr. Fowler is a great doctor. You won't be sorry. His team is great. Castle has great follow up programs and support groups.

I think in a few more years Dr. Fowler will be a lot more well known and will have PLENTY MORE patients.....he is already a GREAT doctor and i trust him completely, but i really think once more ppl know about him, he will be very much wanted. I know that he has only been doing this for a few years but he is already very good. And all surgeons have to start somewhere. i have heard that he does about 15 cases a month already. I would recommend him to anyone..thanks asia
Aloha higurl,
I had my VSG just this past Wednesday. I was walking the first night and I left the hospital the following day Dec 4th 2008. My experience was very good with the nursing staff, doctors, and everyone involved with my care when I got to my room. Dr. Fowler, Mary, Lori visited in me in the hospital and were very supportive. I am at home, took my lovenox and just staying on the clear liquid diet. I feel really positive about my experience. I see Dr. Fowler for my first follow-up next week. I am a little sore...but it is to be expected...the elixir for pain works well and the more I walk around the better it gets. I wish you well with your experience on Dec. 10th. It should be fine they gor REALLY good people working with DR. Fowler.

Good job Joe. Mary was so excited at our Christmas Party. This was a big step for Castles Weight Loss Center. I hope to see you at the next support meeting.
