Menu and Miles - Thur 10/23/08

Lets post what we had yesterday!!!

B: 1/4 cup clam chowder
L: 1/4 of a Tortilla Pizza (Low Carb, Low Fat)
D: 3 spears of can asperagus, 3T of a laulau

Water: 60 oz
Vitamins:  Took them all
Excercise:  My okole and inner thighs are still burning however I did do the following excercises:
                     50 Squats
                     50 Lunges
                     50 High Step up on both legs
                   100 Crunches
                     3 sets of 15: Bicep Curls, rows, triceps, and butterflies.
I was unable to do any cardio because my body is just so sore.
