Going back to work after surgery?

Hello, I'm hopefully going to have WLS before the end of the year. I meet with Dr. Fowler on 10/30. How long after surgery did you go back to work? Just curious.

Debbie I went back to work in 6 days. I had surgery on Tuesday and went back to work on Monday. Everyone is different and everyone has different jobs. I work at a desk and actually I am on this website most of the time cruzzing. I was thinking why be at home on the web when I can get paid and play.

Dr. Fowler says 1 to 2 weeks.

My surgery was done laporascopically. I stayed home for two weeks. However, I could have gone back to work after a week as I have a desk job.
