Hello Everyone

I wanted to stop and say hi, my name is Missy and we are pcsing to Hickam AFB in November. I'm 13 months post op and have lost all of my weight. I was wondering if any of you that might be military spouses have any information on plastics at Tripler. I'm too close to pcsing from here to even begin looking in to it now, and living in Hawaii for 4 yrs I'm sure a swimsuit will be my normal everyday wear. :-) Thanks in advance for any info you have.

I am not with the military, but I wanted to congratulate you on your sucess. (I don't even know what "pcsing" is!)
Anyway... best to you on your move and I hope that someone else can perhaps answer your questions.

Sorry, I don't have info on plastics... or Tripler.

Like everyone else.  Welcome to Hawaii.  Yes you will need a bathing suit.  Water is still nice and warm even in December.  Hickam AFB is a great place to be and since it barly rains there you will probably be at the Beach a lot.  They have a great beach on base. 

Sorry I don't know of any plastics for Tripler.  If I was you make sure that you get some kind of referral and medical requirements before you leave so that you can have plastics covered by your medical.
