Aunty Jenn... I agree with Nahea.... ditch the cigs! There are also potential, serious surgical complication risks to smokers. I quit many years ago... It was probably the most difficult thing I ever did. I would never touch another one because if I ever got hooked again, I don't know if I'd have the strength to quit again. It's a filty, smelly habit. You're far too beautiful to ruin your skin and lungs and life over something like that. Begin your healthy life with VSG... clean house! Ok... sorry for the lecture. It's just that my heart breaks when I see people addicted as I was and only want to offer support to free yourself from it so you can live life to it's fullest. It's out of love and because I care that I say these things. ((hugs)) I promise no more lectures!
