Meeting with Dr. Fowler

So I went to the meeting at Castle Hospital with Dr. Fowler. There was a lot of people there of all sizes and ages. Well it was very informative. Dr. Fowler didn't really press one surgery over another said that it was our decision. Well I turned in my referal I will call back tomorrow to get an appointment. They said that as long as a meet all the milestones that it will take less than 2 months. Someone asked about a preop diet and he said only if your BMI is over 50 so that he can shrink the liver. So I guess I am really relieved. No preop diet. I asked Mary over there about their personal trainer. You can have two sessions with her and I think that will be perfect for me. There is an excercise call there every Wednesday and I plan on doing that to. I am so excited an on board. Aloha,
