Only insurance approval left!!!
This afternooon I was in the shower and my older son kept on knocking on the door...he knows that MY shower is MY time and to leave me alone for a few minutes. BUT he kept on knocking and knocking and saying that there is a lady on the phone and it's important. Sooooo....I got out of the shower dripping wet and went out to get the phone. Low and behold it was Linda from Queen's Comprehensive Weight Loss Management Center....my bloodwork was fine, I don't need any further testing AND they scheduled me an appointment with Dr. Murayama. I was soooo happy....she said that when I meet with Dr. Murayama we'll go over my insurance approval and submit the packet and schedule my next appointments (pre-op dietician appointment and anesthesia appointment)....yyeeeaaahhhh
I'm so close...so so so close...I just have to wait until October 4th for this appointment and it's all downhill from there. It'll go by so fast...I can't wait.
But...I do need to 
a letter out for my insurance approval...does anyone have any samples that they submitted to insurance that they'd like to share with me so I can get an idea of what to write. I thank you in advance if you do....I so appreciate it.

I wish I had a suggestion on the letter. Dr. Cirangle's office took care of everything and I was completely approved in 1-1/2 days. It was so quick. I am so thankful that I was able to attend his seminar (where I learned all about the VSG) and his staff for taking such good care of me and making the process go so quickly.
