I haven't been in OH for what seems liek forever. I just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing. And update all on my progress. I am 8 months post op and have lost 130lbs. (probably should be another 20 or 30 more, but I am satisfied) I am feeling awesome, and can't believe the reactions I get from my co-workers and students. I have gone from a size 26 to somewhere around 16 depending on the store and the outfit. I am sorry that I haven't been around OH more, I miss the forums and not being the center of every conversation about my weight loss. It's exciting, but a little embarassing sometimes. Although I think I look great and know that most of the time I feel great, so I am not complaining. I guess I am still getting used to the attention. Well, I hope you are all doing fabulously. If anyone's in Kauai, email me. There's some killer, relatively easy hikes, to beautiful waterfalls I would love to take anyone on. If they're interested.
