Had my sugery!!!!

Never really posted in here before, just wanted to let all my local braddahs and sistahs know I had surgery on August 30, 2006. Check out my profile page for information. Aloha and Mahalo.

Aloha Lamont, and CONGRATULATIONS! Isn't it wonderful to be on the losing side of surgery. I don't know about you, but I had to wait almost two years for my surgery and finally had it in Honolulu on July 26th at Kaiser Moanalua. I feel better every day and have lost 28 lbs. so far. Good luck and glad to have you on the loser's bench! Aloha, Karen

Karen, I found you! 28 lbs is wonderful!!! How are you feeling? Are you able to get around better? Are you coming to webstiles? Have you heard from Carol or Barbara? Billy has a surgery date also, 9/20/06. Congrats on your loss! Michelle

Aloha and good for you, I know that must've been a long wait but thank goodness right. Thank you for your encouraging words. Which procedure did you have? I had veen thinking about this surgery for about 10yrs, had my consult this past march 2006. I wanted to think avout it and tod my surgeon I wanted to wait till this fall and had surgery on the 30th of August. anyway thanks again cya.

Hi Lamont!!!! Welcome and congratulations on joining the "losing side"!!! I have to say that you had the best surgeon that I know of!!! I had lap rny on January 10, 2005 by Dr. Cirangle!! Isn't he awesome!!! You are in great hands!!! Will you be attending his support group meetings at Pali Momi? Maybe, we'll get to meet at one of them. Hey Lamont. I just responded to you on the VSG forum. Glad to see that you posted on here as well. I also had Dr. Cirangle and love his work and my VSG. Hope to see you at this Saturday's seminar/support group meeting at Pali Momi. 10am.
