IT'S SHOWTIME!! GULP......

Aloha and good very early morning, my special WLS friends. It's 4:00 a.m. and I just showered and DIDN'T put on any deoderant, lotion or makeup! It is surgery day, and I'm feeling queasy, but ready to go. My son arrived last night around 8:30 and brought along movies of my little grandbabies that were so adorable and made me laugh with joy. It was a wonderful way to spend part of the evening before surgery. I just wanted to thank all of you so much for your loving support, encouragement, information and warm friendship. This room has made this journey much more exciting and special for having people to share it with that are either going there or are already there. Next time I post it will be from the LOSER'S BENCH!! ALOHA & MAHALO, KAREN

Karen, I prayed for you this morning. You're undoubtedly in recovery now and I hope all is well.. I can't wait to hear from you when you're home. You are going to do fantastic on this journey, I'm just sure of it! We're all here routing for you and cheering you on. Lots of love and hugs to you!!!
