Xotic Eats & Soy to the World

I haven't been on this site for awhile, but thought I'd share some great healthy alternatives to some "local favorites". Xotic Eats - The tofushi is pretty good! http://www.xoticeats.com/ Store located in Waipio Gentry Shopping Center (near foodland and Karens Kitchen). Soy to the World - Whoops! Website is still under construction, but store located at Manoa Marketplace next to First Hawaiian Bank. I haven't been here yet, but I've heard good things about this store. Soy to the World offers mango/peanut butter smoothies ($4.50), okara cookies (eight for $3) and non-dairy soy ice cream (1/2 pint for $1.50 to $2). Enjoy!
