Home again!!

Hello everyone....I'm home from the hospital--AGAIN!!! I spent 12 days at Tripler and had a dilation done while I was there---my stricture shrunk back to 4mm. I had an aweful time while at Tripler...(the first week was OK, I had my own room)...but, after that I shared a room and this lady couldn't walk so they had a bedside commode for her--well, she was there for diarhhea....OMG, it was so gross...leave it to Tripler to put a patient who is nauseas and vomiting in a room with somebody who is practically incontinent. They wouldn't move either one of us--it was bad. I am having another stricture dilation done again on Friday (June 16th) and again next Friday (June 23rd). My husband somehow got a cyst behind his kneecap, so he didn't deploy with his boat, but he is going to have to fly out and meet up with it later this month....so it's nice he's still home and hopefully I can pull myself together in the short little time he's still here.

Jessica, I'm thinking about you!!!! I hope todays dilation goes okay for you, and you are finally officially on the mend. You have been through so much. Will you have someone who can help if you need it after your husband goes to meet his ship? Take care!!! Lots of love and (((HUGS))) K
