1st Year Anniversary
Aloha Kemalani....wow, how excellent that you have lost so much in just a year! I am so happy for you. You must feel like a new person. I am very close to getting my surgery date, and am getting excited to get this done and be on the losing side of surgery.
Keep up the good work! And, thanks for sharing your success story with us.

Hi Kemalani! Congratulations on your 1 year anniversary and your awesome success
with your WLS!!!
You are looking wonderful!!! I am so proud of you and you should be so proud of
yourself!!!
I wish you all the best in your continuing journey. I'm sure that you will reach your goal weight. Look how far you have come in 1 year!
Don't be so hard on yourself. I find myself doing the same thing. I started out at
261 pounds and currently weigh 145 pounds and still need to lose at least another
20-25 pounds. I'm only 5 feet tall. But I'm still thankful that I no longer weigh
261 pounds. I had my lap rny on January 10, 2005 so it's getting harder and harder to lose those last pounds.
Take care and God Bless.
Keep up the great work!!!!
Love and aloha, Pat
hey..i hope you don't mind me asking you a few questions. i noticed that you went through dr. murayama. i went to his seminar and loved what he had to say. i've been to see two doctors prior and didn't feel comfortable with them, but i really liked dr. murayama. how did surgery go with him? how long did it take for you to get the surgery from the seminar date? what did you have to pay with the program nutritionist? sorry...i just bombarded you with questions huh? thanks in advance if you don't mind. =)
