Coldstone Creamery has FAT FREE SUGAR FREE ICECREAM!!!!!!!!

I went to Cold stone yesterday to see if they had any sugar free icecream and I'll be dog gone if they didn't have an icecream called "Sinless" that is not only sugarfree (made with splenda) but also fat free. The flavor is hard to describe. Its not quite vanilla but not quite butter cream but maybe tastes like a mixture of the two. You could get mix ins like nuts or bring your own protien bar and have them chop it up in there. Next time I am gonna bring a peanut butter fudge power crunch bar and have that mixed in. I got the smallest size and could only eat half and gave the rest to my son, but it was the best thing ever since I have not had any icecream in 3 months or more! Everyone go try it out. Steffie

Steffie, Oh YUM, that sounds so good! And to use a protien bar as an add in is such a great idea!! Thanks for sharing it!! What brands of protien bars have you tried that you like?? Its been awhile since I have tried one, never could find one that was good. Maybe I should try again. Kim

Hi Kim! I really like Power Crunch. All of them are good. Cookies and Cream tend to be the most popular. They are light and airy. They are just like those wafer cookies we used to eat as a kid, not real dense and chewy like other protien. I have tried just about everything and while some other brands are good (like Nitro Tech), I really think Power Crunch is the best. They sell them here on OH website but I order mine by the case from a vendor on Ebay for alot cheaper. Steffie

Come to think of it I think I have tried the Cookies and Cream one and loved it. It was a mail order though, and I couldn't find it in stores anywhere where we were living at the time. Do you know if there is a place here in Hawaii that sells them?? I would love to try the other flavors. How long have you been in Hawaii for? I have been here a little over a month now. I am very disapointed that there are no support groups here. But thank goodness for this site. Anyway, thanks again for the info on coldstone. Thanks for the info Steffie!!!! We went to Cold Stone last night, and I tried it. It wasn't bad, and actually went down!!!!!!!!! I think Bryers makes a sugar free/fat free ice cream too, and it tasted similar to that. How are things going with your family and your Dad? Do you have any plans yet to get back to visit? We are in a battle with Jon's boat...they don't want to let him go on humanitatian duty to help me get through the surgeries I need...they said he can go on deployment or get out of the Navy.....they are such a**holes. I have been so stressed and kinda falling into a depression episode....my life feels like it sucks...I can't live it like I want to, I can't take care of my son, I have no energy anymore, I still can't hardly eat anything......and now all the stress from his boat---I swear they are out to ruin families. Oh well. For those protein bars you use, do you know if they sell them in a store around here?? I miss you!! Hopefully at some point we can meet up again soon
