hi karin! my name is tracy kaczor and i am also pre-op. i live in redford and will be having my surgery down at henry ford. i have to lose 30-40 lbs by may 13th. then the week before my surgery is pure protein drinks. (yes that's right. a whole week. ) do you have to lose a certain amount before? thanks tracy
