Dr. Jean-Pierre is doing my DS in a few weeks. I am extremely satisfied with WCBS! No problems at all.  Love the staff.  I met with Dr. JP for my first surgery consult a few weeks ago.  He is very attentive and detailed (as a surgeon should be), I have never had a negative experience with the staff as I have been in contact with them since the beginning of December when I first started doing my research.  My phone calls are always returned in a very reasonable amount of time.  Since Dr. JP, and Dr. Smith are the only docs at the practice, I think you will not go wrong either way.

Dr. Jean-Pierre at Wellstar Comprehensive Bariatrics.  He is doing my DS in  a couple of weeks.  I am sure Dr. Smith does them as well.  The practice is at Kennestone Hospital  in North Cobb County off of 75 about 1 south of Chattanooga.

Hello, Did SHBP reinstate the Georgia SHBP Cigna HRA plan for surgery? I read United Health Care did? I am wondering does this mean Cigna HRA also? Any information would be helpful....thanks!

I am assuming he is a plastic surgeon. Ask him to see some pictures of patients who have had the surgery.

Just wait ad see.. Hope and pray. You might not be as bad off as you think. If it is bad you can probably get the insurance company to pay to have the pan us removed. Depending on the size it can be deemed to be medically necessary.

Topic: Any Experience with Highmark BCBS and Tips on Writing Personal Essay for insurance?

I am almost done with my 6 months of supervision and we are preparing to submit all of the paperwork for Insurance.  I'm trying to wrap my head around what to put in the personal essay.  I'm also wondering if anyone else has used Highmark BCBS and if approval was difficult?

Dr. Smith is my second choice, Dr. Johnson is my first choice for VSG.  I almost wish I had started with Dr. Smith, but now I am too far down the line with Dr. Johnson.
