Northside has a Spport group on the 2nd thursday of the month and and one for those greater than a year out on the 1st Saturday of the month. Both are free. Call 404-845-5457 for times and location.

I am soo happy for u. U have ur life back. I am curious. During your approval process how much weight did u lose in the exercise program. Is there a certain amount that will disqualify u on not losing enough or losing 2 much? Thank You!!

Thanks for organizing this guys. I have the flyer you handed out in support as a great reminder. I would be there if I wasn't already committed to something else on that day.
