Denied for the second time and Need a lawyer!!

Hello I had gastric bypass two years ago. The surgery was done wrong. I have a BMI of 40 again and they state they pay for gastric bypass revision in my policy. But now when it comes to paying. They don't want to pay.

I have BCBS of GA also and my policy has an exclusion written in it to exclude GBS..... Are you a state employee by any chance?

Don't give up!!!!!! Send letters to appeal and also send emails to the ins commisioner. It will happen just DON'T GIVE UP!!!! Jamie Wilson
