Plastic surgeons and insurance?

Hi, All, I have begun researching local plastic surgeons and am finding that the ones I have contacted do NOT take insurance. I have Medicare and United Health Care (State Health Benefit Plan) and have a documented history of episodes of carbuncles, rashes, and serious skin infections. I am hoping to get some help in paying for skin removal. I would appreciate any information anyone could share about this. Thanks bunches! Sandy
