Psychologist visit....

OK so it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be!! I went to see the Psychologist today - the nicest man I think I have ever met! Everything went fine.....glad it's over. He seems very supportive and understanding. So I can check that off my list of neccesary steps. Steps in the right direction, for sure!!!! Thanks for all who sent me words of encouragement!
