Psych. appt. tomorrow....SO nervous!

OK, so if I am this nervous now, can you imagine how I will be the day before surgery? I have my appointment with the Psychologist tomorrow and I am so nervous!! I just keep telling my self that this is one of many important steps in the right direction! I've never gone and talked with anyone like this and I just wonder what he will ask, what he will think, etc. Cross your fingers for me, please. Any words of advice would be wonderful. I'm sure I'll be just fine...just not sure what to expect. Love this place! It's so nice to chat with people who truly understand your feelings. Hugs, Ann

The phych eval is a breeze. You cannot fail, just be yourself. The Doctor,I went to was so very cool, just be yourself.. Butterflies are for us to enjoy in nature not in our tummies. emme
