WHAT DID YOU EAT ON MONDAY??
Hi All...I'm baaacckk!! (Sorry to miss a week...it's been a hectic week of travel.)
SOOO...
Tonight I start Curves...and I am joining a Monday night group my friend started, where everyone competes to see who can lose 10% of their body weight first....We'll see...incentive incentive.
SO....yesterday....
Breakfast - Coffee - Starbucks...
L: Oatmeal
D: 12 Chick fila nuggets (took a while to eat...couldn't eat all at once.)
Water sucked...no vits. Back on the old track today.
WHAT DID YOU EAT ON MONDAY????
I haven't done this before so here goes:
On Monday I had
1/2 half banana- shared with my son and we both take our Children's gummy vitamins from Walmart
Morning snack- 3/4 wheat thins (reduced fat) with some swiss cheese
Lunch- Chicken salad on reduced fat crackers (about 4) I switch from Tuna to Chicken salad a lot
Dinner- Potato salad left over from Easter (My Mommy made it YUMMY)
Late night snack- 2 sugar free cookies (think girl scout thin mints)- this is my reward each night and it helps with the chocolate sugar cravings.
Maybe not all my water but I drink all day and some days I feel as if I'm swimming.

Hey Tammy,
I have not been on in awhile my last post was in feb i think I recived my hernia repair and tummy tuck on March 21st. It went well. except for the lower incision busting open getting a staff infection which busted the upper incision open and got staff there back in the hospital 11 days but everytthing is fine now I still have three open wounds which i have to go get packed everyday . How are you what is new with you . was kays baby healthy aand her? let me know talk to you soon .
