Ok..so sorry folks..I've been running around big time and didn't hit the boards. (Weds went to the Gretchen Wilson concert...it was GREAT!!!)

L: 2 leftover sausage patties...
D: Teriyaki Chicken & Steak with Fried Rice (went to a Japanese Steakhouse)
DID get my water in...and my vits.

I'll try and post late tonight, but I will be in Nashville visiting my son all day Saturday and Sunday morning... Then friends from Philly come in on Sunday and if you know me..... you KNOW where I will be MONDAY NIGHT.....

WHAT did YOU eat Thursday??
I have been lurking - but not posting much....but I'm SERIOUSLY messing up my eating.
Yesterday I didn't "too" badly - but it wasn't good
b - chicken biscuit -tea
l - salad - remainder of tea frm the morning
d - meat loaf, corn, green beans and potatoes....all about a table spoon of each (Watching the portion control again.
s - M&M cookies.....dag gummit!!!!! ( was doing okay - except the no water thing)
I didn't go to the gym cause the kids were coming hom from their apring break trip......so I wanted to spend time with them.
Oh well - I'm TRYING to do better.....
b-few bites of a low carb scrambler from Krystals
snack- more scrambler
l-few bites of chicken,green beans,rice and scrambler( again)
snack-carb master yougart from Kroger(YUMMY)
d-sm salad and spaghetti with meat sauce
snack-pb crackers
lots of water and coffee....protein supps should be here today...yeah!
