Tuesday... Let's see... B: ham & egg sandwich L: Nuthin - too busy D: CARBFEST with my galpal!! We went to Cracker Barrell - had chicken and dumplings - green beans and mac & cheese. OMG I was HORRIBLE on Monday.....It's shaping up to be a rough week. GOTTA get it in check!!!

Hi Modean, this is my first time actually writting what I've eatened. Here goes: No Brakfast Lunch: three tbsp of yogurt Supper: two chicken wind's (only drumstick part) and a half cup of coliflower and brocolli in lowfat cheese sauce.

I FINALLY STARTED using Fitday and have been stalled for almost 2 months now... and as you can see why... but maybe by puttin this out there... it will help me in my moments of weakness... not to mention that I have been getting some great input from folks.. both in the DS board and the Mens board... I tend to forget stuff I know so it is good to get this info again and again.. that is why I love OH so much... thanks for asking... in fact..
