I work a weird shift 7pm to 4am... so that is for a 24 hour period... I posted a msg in DS board... asking for help... I FINALLY STARTED using Fitday and have been stalled for almost 2 months now... and as you can see why... but maybe by puttin this out there... it will help me in my moments of weakness... not to mention that I have been getting some great input from folks.. both in the DS board and the Mens board...
I tend to forget stuff I know so it is good to get this info again and again.. that is why I love OH so much...
thanks for asking... in fact.. I think this is the first time I have ever put a listing of my intake... (and accurate to boot)... So I am hoping this will help me...
