Hi everyone...

I am fairly new to this sight and in the process of finding a bariatric surgeon. I have read many posts and I am so happy to see people that were once like me doing so good. I only hope the same for myself. I am currently waiting on 2 surgeons to see if they would accept my insurance (Medicaid/ MediPass) so keep your fingers crossed for me...I have heard horrible stories about why medicaid is not really accept by many physicians so I am praying that doctor Kent of Brunswick GA accepts me. Plus he is the best doctor that I have found so far....not to mention that the The Woman that works in his office (Janet) Is wonderful and she actually cares! Well Wish me luck every one! Ladies, Thank you so much for the support. I appreciate it and of course needed it. Well I have good news...I found someone in Miami that accepts my insurance and will do it for me...I have to pay a co-pay but hey, it's better than paying the $25,000 that the operation is worth. So now what? I guess doctor's appointments???... I am trying to stay strong because I know that I have a long road ahead of me. Many have told me that insurances give you a hard time just to approve so I am trying to get all of my paperwork in order because I feel as if my body is a ticking bomb...I am ready for a new life so I am trying to stay positive...Pray for me....
