5:AM Breakfast- Bagle with Ham and Cheese Spray on No calorie Butter
Diet coke and Vitamin 380 Calories
9 AM Snack- Bannana 90 Calories 33 ounces of Water
12 PM Lunch- Soup, Salad, Breadsticks Olive Garden Unsweet Tea with splenda Dont know the calories on this. Just one Breadstick.. Woohoo
3 PM Snack- (Bad Girl today) 2 Hersheys kisses, 1 15 calorie Orange Icee popcicle 1 Icecream Sandwich 150 calories.
7 PM Dinner- 2 ounces of Grilled Chicken Breast 90 Calories 1/2 cup of Mac and Cheese 180 Calories 1/2 cup of Baby Carrotts 35 Calories 1/2 muffin 100 Calories Diet coke.
Not too bad for Tuesday. Lets see how Wednesday goes.

Egg salad....and over the course of the morning...2 pieces of low carb bread....
4 chicken wings....and a salad for lunch...
the other 4 for dinner... and a 1/2 of a pb and jelly sandwhich ( low carb bread, low sugar jelly...)
1/8th of a cookie .. ( bad bad me)
