My mom -

I told some of you who asked at the last dinner how my mom was, that she had been having trouble walking. We went to a neurologist Wednesday, and they did an MRI. Called us into the office Thursda, said she had 2 tumors on her spine. They admitted her to Emory that same day. Did surgery Friday and an MRI of her brain just to make sure. Yesterday they told us she has 3 brain tumors. Theres so much to go into with it, but it's all in my journal at www.kayholder.livejournal.com Will you guys please keep her in your thoughts? I've been spending all day and night with her at Emory.. she still can't walk so I dont know when she's coming home yet.

Ohhh, Kay! I'm so sorry to hear about these problems with your Mom. I'm a brain tumor survivor myself and can relate to her feelings. I hope that you are strong and are going to be able to be there with her. It must be very tough ...Best of luck to you and your family. hugs, Rita
