Ride to surgery needed on May 22nd

Hello, I posted earlier this month regarding a ride on my surgery date and had one response, so I am posting again. I have no family here in this part of Georgia and reside in Winder. My mother will be here the evening of my surgery but will not be able to make it any sooner. I am scheduled to be there at 5:30 am on the 22nd and have no ride. I will pay someone for gas if they would PLEASE! give me a ride there or if anyone has information on Manly house I could stay there the night before. Any help anyone has would be appreciated
