Can anyone suggest a Doctor?

Hello, I am hoping to have Lap Band surgery soon. I've attended a seminar with one doctor but I wanted to attend others just to make sure I am chosing the right doctor for me. I have called lots of names listed on this web site but the problem is.... My insurance company is BCBS HMO and I've only found one doctor "in network" who accepts this insurance. Can anyone make any suggestions? Thanks! Ann Marietta

Hey Ann, i used Dr. Hixon, but i don't know if he does the lap band or not, i had the RNY done. i know he take BCBC HMO cause that is what i have now, and he accepts it. his # is 404-265-3333 i hope this helps
