WHAT DID YOU EAT ON TUESDAY?
Well...it's a joke at my place, but if any of you men know what I'm talking about it was "S&BJ" day. (The definition is on the offensive side...so if you need to know, email me and I'll tell ya. Men or Women)

I was on the run all day... it wasn't the best day...so here goes...
B: Canadian Bacon Biscuit at McD's
L: 1/2 order Mandarin Chicken from Panda Express with flied lice
S: 1 Lemon archway cookie
D: about 1 oz T-Bone steak, broccoli, green beans, beef rice & crescent roll.
S: Handful of Oyster Crackers
Water was in short supply yesterday. Vitamins...Eh...so so...
What did YOU eat on Tuesday??
I'm so proud of my self !! I walked 40 minutes on the treadmill. This may not sound like much to some , but I get up at 5 a.m. so I can do this before work and I'm NOT a morning person.
By the way, posting here everyday is helping me stay on the straight and narrow!!
Anyway for what I ate:
B: 1 oz turkey jerkey, 1 oz. low fat string cheese and 1 boiled egg.
L: 3 oz. Tuna salad, 10 Wheat Thin crackers , 1/2 cup carrot sticks
S: South Beach Protien Bar. 140 calories
D: 3 oz. Grilled Chicken, 1/4 cup green beans, 1/4 broccoli and carrots
S: Protien Drink w/ 1/2 banana
